Council for Exceptional Children
is a diverse, professional community of educators working with a vision to improve the quality of life for individuals with exceptionalities and their families through professional excellence and advocacy. CEC, Chapter 56, combines the expertise and leadership of members from both the Toronto District School Board and the Toronto Catholic District School Board working together to enhance practice and effect change.
